Why Hire Phil?
Phil likes the science behind “persuasion”, and “risk”. Phil will push both sides to consider their best alternative to a negotiated settlement (“BATNA”) while considering the added uncertainty, stress, cost, and exposure of going to trial. Phil uses these tactics to get cases moved.
